Shipping, Returns & Privacy

Shipping

  • Party kits and signature sets ship for a flat $5 and arrive in 3–5 business days.
  • Hosting a party? Order at least 7 business days before your party date.
  • Custom sets ship 7–10 business days after your design is approved.

Returns & replacements

  • If your kit arrives damaged, missing an item, or with the wrong polish colors, message us through our contact form (polishedbyviv.com/contact) within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened kits, custom sets and press-on nails are final sale.
  • Appointment deposits ($20) go toward your service. Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 24 hours ahead.

Privacy

  • We collect your name, email, phone and shipping address only to fill your order, confirm appointments and answer quote requests.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
  • We never sell or share your information. If you join our email list, you can ask to be removed any time.

Terms

  • Prices are in US dollars and may change. Colors may look slightly different in person than on screen.
  • Kits contain small parts and nail products — adult supervision is recommended for young party guests.
  • By ordering or booking you agree to these policies.
